The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter of thanks to the Executive Director of Medica Minister Mladenov expressed his gratitude for the humanitarian assistance provided by Medica for the National Transitional Council of Libya. Here is part of his letter: ‘I would like to express my gratitude to You and to the company You manage for rendering assistance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide humanitarian aid to the Transitional National Council of Libya, delivered during my visit to Benghazi on 28th June 2011.’ ‘I believe that with your help we managed to help the Libyan people to make one more step towards freedom and protection of their fundamental human rights.’ ‘With gratitude for the demonstrated gesture, highly appreciated by our partners and by everyone at the MFA.’
