Melatonin is naturally found in the human body and is responsible for sleep onset and the quality of sleep, as well as for the normal sleep-awake rhythm in accordance with the 24 hour light-dark cycle. Melatonin synthesis constantly decreases with age, which is a cause for insomnia and bad quality of sleep.
Melatonin Medica 1 mg is intended to help sleep and improve its quality. It does not lead to addiction. No side effects. It does not cause daytime drowsiness. Sucking tablets ensure faster absorption and effect of the active ingredient compared to ordinary tablets.
Each tablet contains: Melatonin 1 mg.
Excipients: sweeteners - sorbitol, mannitol; hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-adhesive agent – magnesium stearate; flavouring agent - spearmint.
How to use:
Recommended daily dose: 1 to 3 tablets at night at the same time, 30-60 min before desired sleep time. The recommended initial dose is 1 tablet at night. If need be, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 3 tablets. Suck tablets until they are completely dissolved in the mouth. This product has no side effects and can be used for a long period of time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for healthy diet.
Do not use during pregnancy, in the period of breast-feeding and in children less than 18 years of age. This product should not be used by persons hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Avoid driving and operation of machines at least 5 hours after intake of the product.
Storage: At 25°С, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
