Melatonin is naturally found in the human body and it is responsible for sleep onset and its quality, as well as for the normal sleep-awake rhythm in accordance with the 24 hour light-dark cycle. Melatonin synthesis constantly decreases with age, which is a reason for insomnia and bad quality of sleep.
Melatonin Medica 3 mg is intended to help the sleep and improve its quality. It causes no addiction. Without side effects. It causes no morning drowsiness. Sucking tablets ensure faster absorption and effect of the active ingredient compared to ordinary tablets.
Each tablet contains: Melatonin 3 mg. Excipients: sweeteners - sorbitol, mannitol; hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-adhesive agent – magnesium stearate, fatty acids; flavouring agent – spearmint.
How to use:
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet in the evening at the same time, 30-60 min before desired sleep time. Suck tablets until they are completely dissolved in the mouth. The product has no side effects and can be used for a long period of time. The tablet can be divided in two equal halves. Substitute for diabetics.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not a substitute for healthy diet.
Do not use during pregnancy, breast-feeding and in children below 18 years of age. This product should not be used by people hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Avoid driving and using machines at least 5 hours after product intake.
Storage:
At temperature below 25°С, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
