Medica.bg в YouTubeMedica reported 30 % growth in sales for the first half of 2011
Medica AD reported very good results for the first half of 2011. Revenues from sales have increased by 30 % over the same period last year. The increase is due to the growth of sales in both product lines, 6 % of the pharmaceuticals and 50 % of medical devices, respectively. Medica has achieved 66 % increase in export sales compared to the first half of 2010, pharmaceutical products still being leading accounting for 52 % of total sales. The proportion of export sales for the 6-month period has increased from 27 % in 2010 to 36 % in 2011.
The domestic sales’ growth has been 17 %, which is due to the increase in the turnover realized on both the pharmacy and the hospital market.
