On 23rd and 24th June 2012 for the sixth consecutive year, in the NPC was held the forum "Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Days", organized by the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union, where Medica noted extremely strong presence.
This year`s forum was held under the motto: "Equal access to medicines and pharmaceutical care" and traditionally combined a conference part, an exhibition and a celebratory part - Master of Pharmacy Ball.
On a stand of 14 sq.m Medica presented its medical devices and medicinal products under the motto: "Medica – 40 years health care".
In medical devices emphasis was placed on the renewed range of Citoplast patches, first aid kits and the X-SPOT innovative product - pads in case of sweating. Besides on the stand, X-SPOT was presented at the entrance of the NPC, where everyone could closely examine the product and its functionality.
During both days of the event, the interest in the stand of Medica was very strong, and the flow of pharmacists did not abate. Visitors to the exhibition were able to get acquainted with Sterimed Fix and Sterimed Aqua Fix sterile postoperative dressings, as well as with the leading drugs of the company in cardiology, gastroenterology and urology – Prectazidine MR, Carvedilol Medica, Amlodipine Medica, Famotidine Medica, Hepcarsil Forte, Urimax and Zeroacid.
The exhibition was attended by 54 companies operating in the field of medicines and health products and over 1500 Masters of Pharmacy, guests of the executive and legislative authorities, lecturers from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical Universities in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
During the Master of Pharmacy Ball were awarded the annual prizes of the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union.
