On 17-21 November 2010 in Dusseldorf the 42nd international trade fair of medical technology and medical products „MEDICA 2010” was carried out. Approximately 4,400 exhibitors from more than 60 countries were spread over an area of 116,000 square metres.
The trade fair, which is one of the most significant events in the field of medical technology, was opened by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Federal Health Minister Philipp Rösler. The stand of Medica AD attracted great interest among the visitors and already on the first exhibition day was attended by over 200 people. Along with the established trademarks Medica AD for the first time presented new sterile manipulation sets as well as travel first aid and burn first aid kits.
At this prestigious medical forum Medica AD participated as a European manufacturer of high quality products with a recognized name and preferred partner for business cooperation. Because of the great interest to medical products of Medica AD, this year large European companies confirmed again the tendency for reduction of the Asian presence and demand for producers from the Old Continent.
