Medica participated in the National Forum of healthcare professionals – the town of Shumen.

On 13^th 14^th May 2011 in Shumen was held The Nineth National Forum of Healthcare Professionals, which was dedicated to the International Nurses Day. It was attended by approximately 400 members of 28 regional associations of the professional organization. The topic of the two-day conference organized by the Bulgarian Association of Healthcare Professionals, was "Team approach – the role and place of medical professionals in providing high-quality health care." Before the professional forum opening in Shumen, a national celebration of the International Nurses Day – May 12^th, was held. The best healthcare professionals in different categories for the past year were awarded on it.

Medica demonstrated its surgical suture material and medical devices at the Forum.
