Medica AD is among the major employers in south-western Bulgaria, with the proportion of employees working directly in the manufacturing facility in the town of Sandanski being 70%. On the one hand we strive to attract young professionals to contribute their stamina and enthusiasm to attaining the high goals we've set ourselves, on the other hand, however, we rely very much on the long years of experience of the employees of the company for over 15 years. Continuous all level staff training and qualification, and motivating employees and nurturing high corporate loyalty are corporate priority. The professional, organizational and technological experience accumulated throughout the years allows the company to retain and expand its market presence on the Bulgarian and European markets.
Medica AD currently employs about 230 highly qualified employees who work in the various corporate structural units.
