Each tablet of Valeriana Max contains standardized extract of valerian 200 mg.

Method of administration: 

The usual dose is 1 tablet 3 times daily. In case of sleep disorders, 1 is taken up to 1 hour before bedtime. If required, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets daily but not more than 3 tablets daily.

The recommended therapy duration for optimum effect is 2-4 weeks. 
Valeriana Max is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as immediately before driving and using machines. Not suitable for use in children below 12 years of age.
